Normal shipping takes 2-7 BUSINESS days. It is shipped out the same or next day depending on when you place the order. Orders paid by 2:00 pm ship the same day.

RUSH shipping takes 1-3 business days

BACKORDERS

Unfortunately, backorders do occur because exact stocking levels and manufacturer delivery dates always fluctuate. We try our best to have products available, but it is not always possible. Please understand that backorders can range from 3-21 days. We will do our best to notify you of the status of these problems, we will offer you the opportunity to obtain a refund, and we will ship promptly. Distributors and vendors are not very good about approximating delivery dates because they always seem to be optimistic about arrivals. Because of this, further delays do occur.

RETURNS

Returns may be made for any of three reasons: damage, defect or customer cause. See info below:

DAMAGE:

Your shipment is insured for delivery damage by FEDEX GROUND. Please notify both Shipper and Shipping Company of any losses immediately. Any damage not reported within 10 days may not be covered for loss. All products are guaranteed against damage first by shipping company and then by Superfishstore.com. We will help you solve any disputes and guarantee that any problem will be resolved, within reasonable limits. Any further shipping is paid by shipping company or Superfishstore.com. All items are returned to superfishstore.com by FEDEX GROUND after the claim has been filed.

DEFECT:

Your order is guaranteed to be right! Any defects are covered by manufacturers warrantee first and by Superfishstore.com second. We will warrantee all products for up to 30 days, regardless of manufacturers warrantee. After 30 days, you must use the manufacturers warrantee. We will always work to solve your defect or manufacturing problem for an unlimited amount of time. Most manufacturers will repair and replace parts for you during a fair warrantee period.

ANY ORDERS SHIPPED BACK TO US due to defect must be sent by Fedex or UPS ground. The return shipping charge may not exceed $13. You must notify us of this return shipment prior to doing it. Any damage during the return shipment will be the responsibility of the shipping company and will delay refunds and adjustments.

Customer Cause:

Any items returned due to customer cause are subject to a 15% restocking charge. These items are return-shipped at customer expense. Customer must pay for all shipping charges to and from Superfishstore.com. Please buy carefully to avoid returns.
