I purchased my Red Sea Max in July 2007 through superfishstore.com. I was very impressed with the service and how quickly I got the product.

In response to a previous post regarding slow response from Red Sea regarding the loud noise when the lights come on. Mine started the noise several months after set up. I emailed Red Sea and had a response in less than 24 hours. They mailed me replacement parts that I received in less than a week.

I've been very happy with the Red Sea Max.
